Payment Policy
Prices
Every price on this site and in the app is in Indian Rupees and is the price for the unit shown — per bag, per piece, or per the quantity stated on the product.
Building material rates move with the market. We update prices as they change, and the price that applies to you is the one shown when your order is confirmed. We will not raise the price of an order after you have placed it.
Taxes
Prices are shown as applicable under GST. Your tax invoice sets out the tax charged. If you need the invoice raised against a business GSTIN, give us the number when you order, as we cannot add it after the invoice is issued.
How you can pay
The payment options available to you appear at checkout. Depending on your order and delivery area, these may include:
- Cash on delivery — pay the delivery team when the material reaches your site. Please have the exact amount where possible.
- Bank transfer — pay into our account against your order. Dispatch follows once the payment clears.
- Online payment — processed by our payment provider.
Large or bulk orders may require advance payment or a part payment. If that applies to your order we will tell you before you confirm it.
Your card details
We never see or store your card or bank credentials. Online payments are handled entirely by the payment provider on their own secure systems. What we receive back is confirmation that the payment succeeded, and nothing more.
Delivery charges
Delivery is charged by distance and load. The amount is calculated at checkout and included in the total you approve. Nothing is added afterwards.
Failed and duplicate payments
If money leaves your account but the order does not appear, do not pay again. Contact us with the transaction reference. Genuine failed payments are normally returned by the bank within 5–7 working days; if not, we will trace it with the provider.
Invoices
A tax invoice is issued for every order. It travels with the delivery and is also available in the app under Account → Orders.
