Where we deliver

We deliver to [DELIVERY AREAS]. If your site falls outside that, call us on [PHONE] before ordering — we can often still arrange it.

Delivery charges

Building materials are heavy, so delivery is priced by distance and load, not as a flat fee. The charge that applies to your order is calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm and pay. There are no charges added afterwards.

When your order arrives

• Orders confirmed before our daily cut-off are normally dispatched the next working day.
• Delivery time after dispatch depends on the distance to your site and the size of the load.
• Large loads, or sites with difficult access, may need to be scheduled. We will call you to agree a time.
• We do not deliver on public holidays.

Getting your site ready

Please make sure that, at the agreed time:

• Someone is present who can receive and sign for the material.
• The vehicle can reach the unloading point. Narrow lanes, low cables and soft ground are worth telling us about when you order.
• There is somewhere dry to put cement. Bagged cement spoils if it gets wet or sits on damp ground.

If the vehicle arrives and cannot unload for reasons on your side, a second delivery attempt may be charged.

Checking the delivery

Check the material before you sign. Count the bags or pieces, and look for torn bags, wet cement or obvious damage. Once you sign, you are confirming the quantity and condition were correct. Anything you spot at that point we will put right on the spot.

Delays

We will tell you if an order is going to be late. Some things are outside our control — weather, transport strikes, road closures, a brand being out of stock at source — and in those cases we will either agree a new date with you or refund you in full.

Tracking

Order status is in the app under Account → Orders, and we send a notification each time it changes.
