These terms cover your use of the Chhaya Cement Centre website and Android app. They are about using the service. The terms covering what happens when you buy something are in our Terms & Conditions of Sale.

1. Who may use this service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. The app is intended for people buying building materials, in a business or personal capacity.

2. Your account

Give accurate details when you register, and keep them current. A wrong phone number or address means a failed delivery.
Keep your password confidential. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
Tell us immediately at [EMAIL] if you suspect unauthorised use.
You may delete your account at any time from Account → Change email / password → Delete account.

3. Acceptable use

Please do not:

Place orders you do not intend to pay for or accept.
Use the service to break any law.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another customer's account.
Scrape, copy or republish our catalogue, prices or images for a competing service.
Introduce malware, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent who you are.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

4. Reviews and content you submit

You may post reviews, ratings and images of products you have bought. By posting, you confirm the content is your own and accurate, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it in connection with the product.

Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, obscene, misleading, or containing another person's private information. We may decline to publish or may remove content, and reviews are moderated before they appear.

5. Availability

We try to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend it for maintenance, change features, or withdraw the app at any time.

6. Accuracy of content

We work to keep prices, stock and descriptions accurate, but errors happen. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will tell you and you may cancel it. Nothing on the site is technical or engineering advice.

7. Permissions the app asks for

The app requests permissions only when you use the feature that needs them, and refusing any of them does not stop you ordering:

Location — to fill in a delivery address or pick one on the map. Never used in the background.
Microphone — for voice search. No recording is stored or uploaded.
Photos — for a profile picture or a review image.
Notifications — for order status updates.
Biometrics — for optional fingerprint or face sign-in, verified on your device by Android.

8. Intellectual property

The Chhaya Cement Centre name, logo, site design and catalogue content belong to us or our suppliers. Product brand names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify goods we stock.

9. Third-party services

The app uses Google services for maps and notifications, and a payment provider for online payments. Your use of those is also subject to their own terms.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the service itself, as opposed to the goods you buy. Liability for goods is dealt with in our Terms & Conditions of Sale.

11. Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated version.

12. Governing law

Indian law applies. The courts at [JURISDICTION CITY] have exclusive jurisdiction.
